Dear Sundance,
I am emailing to thank you for a wonderful shopping experience on Dec 26th. My fiance Kevin and I were looking to purchase skis boots and poles for the very first time and Vern was outstanding in helping us! We admit with our lack of knowledge that we were hoping for some boxing day sales. However, after working with Vern, the value in knowing we got the gear that was just right for us exceeded any "deal" we could have received from other stores. Due to being a first purchase, Vern got to know us, our athletic abilities and skiing styles, rather than just putting us in beginner gear. He made sure our boots were exactly the right fit. He even shocked us by just looking at Kevin he noticed that he had suffered a knee injury!Even though the store was extremely busy, he was patient with our questions, did not treat us like we were ignorant despite being a first purchase(something we experienced in another store) and made sure we had all the details to make an informed decision.In the end, we spent three times what we had intended! It was worth every penny. We will highly recommend Sundance to others.

On Jan 12/2012 I purchased a Krypto Rossignol snowboard with Salomon Patriot bindings.
I just wanted to thank your shop and staff for the amazing service I received.
The knowledge of each product was thorough. The attitude above and beyond. The service excellent.
I was in a hurry as I was headed to the mountains in a matter of hours, but the help I received was invaluable and I felt confident I was making the right purchase.
We went snowboarding at panorama the next day and I can't express how pleased I am with the board.
Biggest thanks to Tam who helped from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Right person in the right position.

Thanks to the guys that helped my wife on Saturday purchase the 141 cm Head CV81's for my son. Hope to get back to Edmonton in February to get the bindings installed and to look at boots. Great service!

My daughter has been dealing with Vern for a few years. I decided to try skiing again and bought my package from Vern.
