In-Store Pickup

We will email the address you supplied when your order is ready for you to pickup and you are required to bring a picture ID to collect your products. For information on the status of an in-store pickup order, please contact us directly at info@sundanceskishop.com or call (780) 432-0711.

Shipping within Canada

Orders are sent via one of our preferred vendors. Orders are insured in case of any damage or loss of packages. Any applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when you place your order according to where the item is to be shipped. Most orders are shipped from Sundance Ski & Snowboard Shop 10423 - 79 Avenue, Edmonton AB, T6E 1R7 and take 24 – 48 hours to process, in addition to the delivery times shown on our website. Isolated and rural areas may take longer so your patience is appreciated.

Taxes

If an order is shipped to any the provinces or territories listed below, Sundance Ski & Snowboard Shop must collect any applicable taxes as they are described here:

•British Columbia (BC) – 12% HST on merchandise and freight

•Alberta (AB) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•Manitoba (MB) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•Ontario (ON) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight

•Quebec (QC) – 7.5% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•New Brunswick (NB) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight

•Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST on merchandise and freight

•Prince Edward Island (PE) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•Newfoundland (NL) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight

•Northwest Territories (NT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•Yukon (YT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

•Nunavut (NU) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note though that orders that are shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are applied once the package arrives at its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or the brokerage company and payment of those fees is the responsibility of the customer. Sundance Ski & Snowboard Shop will not give an estimate for these charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping to the United States

Orders sent to the United States are shipped via Federal Express. Orders sent to the United States are not charged Canadian taxes, but all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duty, tax, and customs processing charges. A customs invoice will arrive with your package or may follow by mail. Recipients are responsible for paying any of these additional charges.

Sundance Ski & Snowboard Shop will not give an estimate for these charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to international destinations are sent via air mail. Any orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes, but all orders go through customs and are subject to import duty, tax, and customs processing. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions can apply to certain products and/or destinations. These restrictions include but are not limited to  regional distribution agreements, hazardous goods, any over-sized products, or with complicated customs terms.

Seamless Returns Policy

Returns

 Your shopping experience is a reflection of our success, so everything we sell comes with a guarantee. If you decide that your new unused item is not going to work out, within 30 days you have the option of returning your purchase. We can provide you with a full refund or exchange, it’s that easy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your new unused item, it is best to call our 1 800 number or email us with your information so that we may process your return. You may then jump back onto our website and purchase your new item.

Qualifiers

All items must be returned in their original packaging, tags, documentation, accessories and condition. Your package must be returned within 15 days of receiving your RA number. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance except for any errors made by Sundance Ski & Board Shop.

Please note that we strongly suggest you obtain a tracking number.
