At Sundance, we want to make sure you have the best ski day imaginable. To do this, we provide not just a standard selection of rentals, but we hand pick the best quality of rental equipment to best suit your skiing needs.

What is the benefit of renting from Sundance vs. the mountain resorts?

We carry a large selection of rental equipment and our expert staff will ensure you are fit with the right gear. Not to mention you will be on the chair lift instead of standing in the rental line-up when you get to the resort.

Our rental fleet is hand picked brand new equipment every season, which includes a complete selection of high end rentals.

Our rentals are in amazing shape and tuned to perfection each and every time to make for a better ski day.

Can I reserve my rental in advance?

You may reserve your rental as early as the Monday prior to your rental weekend. To do this, we require you to visit the store in-person to be properly sized for your equipment. At this time, we require you to pay for your rental and complete your rental agreement. We will hold your equipment in the store until your pickup day.

How much does it cost to rent per day?

Our standard rental rate is $29.99/day. That price includes skis, bindings, boots and poles, or snowboards, boots and bindings. We also rent snowblades, bindings and boots for $29.99/day.

You can upgrade from a standard rental to a high performance demo for $10 more per day. The high performance demo provides a great opportunity to try skis you’ve been thinking about purchasing, but want to see how they ski first.

At Sundance, we do not charge the day you pick up your rentals or the day you drop them off. If you pick up your rentals Friday and drop them off Monday before 6 pm, you will only be charged for Saturday and Sunday.

Sundance Weekend Special:

Want to head straight to the mountains after work on Friday? Pick up for rentals Thursday night, bring them back Monday before 6pm and pay only for Saturday and Sunday.*

*Note: The Weekend Special does not apply if you are skiing Friday.

What do I need to rent?

A Visa or MasterCard in the renters name is mandatory.

Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at time of rental to sign off on our rental waiver.

Can I reserve my rentals over the phone?

You can reserve your rentals over the phone, but ONLY if you have already rented from us this year as we will have all your rental information on record.

Do you rent helmets?

We do not rent helmets. However, helmet rentals are available at Marmot Basin for $8.95 and $9.95 at Sunshine Village.
